THE AUTONOMY SUPPLY CHAIN
Sim-patia has structured a number of services over the years, creating an "AUTONOMY SUPPLY CHAIN" consisting of RSD, CDD, Gym Apartments, and Social Cohousing. What does this mean for us? Being able to propose different services and pathways based on the needs of the disabled person we are working with and the areas of autonomy to be enhanced.
RSD
Healthcare Residence for the Disabled with educational, motor, and technological activities aimed at enhancing and/or maintaining residual abilities toward the enhancement of possible autonomy.
CDD
Daycare Center Monday through Friday with educational, motor, and technological activities aimed at enhancing and/or maintaining residual skills, always with a view to developing personal autonomy.
GYM APARTMENTS
Family environments, with opportunities for experimentation on the management of self-care and the personal environment, and enabling the development and maintenance of personal autonomy. They are supported by the OSS and educators.
SOCIAL COHOUSING
Apartments for the accompaniment to autonomy of people in fragile condition, disabled or not, who choose to participate in a co-responsibility project aimed at making the people involved as autonomous as possible with the support of the educational figure and social administrator.
This wealth of services allows us not only to have a diverse offering but also to propose cross-cutting projects that allow for a smooth transition from the facility to returning home.
