All processing carried out through this website is based on the principles of lawfulness, correctness, and transparency.
At any time, it is possible to exercise the rights set out in the aforementioned articles of law by making an explicit request to the data controller or data processor. It is also possible to request precise information about the subjects who process the data on behalf of the owner (Managers, Persons in charge, etc.).

Processing methods: the data, subjected to suitable security measures, will be processed, manually and electronically, by persons in charge and by managers in charge of services connected to the above, for example, those employed in administration, in managing relations with supporters, and in communication. The data may possibly be communicated to third parties within the limits strictly pertinent to the purposes indicated.

Purpose: commercial/promotional information activity through automated and traditional tools with the prior consent and up to the objection of the interested party (Art. 6 letter a) EU Reg. 2016/679).
Legal basis: Art. 6 lett. a) GDPR: the interested party has given his consent to the processing of his personal data for one or more specific purposes.

Nature of the provision: optional, in the absence of explicit consent, commercial or promotional communications will not be sent.

c. Donations:
 
Type of data processed: personal data, contact data.
 
Purpose: Management of the activities and procedures necessary for the donation (one-off or regular) requested by the interested party in the context of the existing relationship, including the related purposes or administrative (e.g., invoicing), accounting, and tax obligations, as well as the implementation and management of obligations established by laws, regulations, and national and community legislation, as well as by provisions issued by authorities legitimated by the law and by supervisory and control bodies. This purpose includes the management of the relationship established with the supporter or also communications made by telephone, e-mail, text message, ordinary mail, and other means (e.g., sending updates on the supported project, a welcome phone call, a donation reminder, administrative communications, etc.);
Legal basis: Art. 6 lett. a) GDPR: the interested party has given his consent to the processing of his personal data for one or more specific purposes.
Storage times: The data are stored only for the period necessary for the purposes for which they are processed or within the terms established by national and Community laws, rules, and regulations with which the data controller must comply (e.g., accounting and tax legislation, etc.). It is envisaged that a periodic check is carried out on an annual basis on the data processed and on the possibility of being able to cancel them if they are no longer necessary for the intended purposes.
Nature of provision: The provision of data must be considered mandatory with regard to the treatments that the organization must carry out to fulfill its obligations towards the interested party on the basis of the existing relationship (one-time donation, regular donation, adoption), as well as to legal obligations, rules, and regulations. Failure to provide such data may make it impossible for the organization to proceed with the existing relationship.
